1143 kcal Fat: 26.99g | Prot: 50.71g | Carb: 94.17g.   Breakfast: almond silk vanilla milk, kroger whole grain oats, apple, banana. Lunch: rice vinegar, zucchini, pork, Olive oil, lettuce. Dinner: chicken breast, zucchini, onions, Olive oil. Snacks/Other: mini chocolate, kroger pepper cheese, Low Moisture Part Skim Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, black olives, breton crackers, pinot noir, grapes. more...
losing 1.8 lb a week
