Went over my RDI and lost a pound. Not sure how that happens, sometimes I gain weight while staying within my RDI. No matter, I'll take the loss!
168.5 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
