Let's keep it rolling! Off to a good start. Sharing my starting point in pics--you can see how happy I am (lols). My belly is ridiculous and the bane of my existence.
187.7 lb Lost so far: 16.3 lb.    Still to go: 52.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi Allegra. Starting out with a sprint---no alcohol, sugar, flour then easing into a sustainable lifestyle. I have a nutritionist/fitness coach that I just started working with, so I'm excited.
