goooooooood mornin...slept thru my workout...was tired ...so listened to my body...yesterday after my workout...did some errands and then when i got home decided to cut grass...so kept busy most of the day...this morning when it was time to rock an roll...all i wanted to do was just sleep...hate to miss workouts...but today was cardio...so not like it will hurt missing that bad...an besides...i did have a loss...finally...i knew it was water...as i have been using a different hole on my belt again...clothes are fitting loser...so thats how i knew it was problably just water weight...today is store day again..dont really need all that much...mom on the other hand does...tomow rain is moving in again...for 7 days...hopefully it wont rain that many days..but right now thats how many are showing on the forcasts....did wake up sore..so guess muscles im workin in my weight/cardio are getting a great workout....well gonna go an fix breakfast and get this day started again....have a greattttttttttt one...
291.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yea for the loss and as you say it's good to listen to your body. I however did not listen to mine today...with sometimes skipping on the weekends I feel like I have no choice during the week, Happy Tuesday!

thanks cathy...its hard for me to always listen to my body...i use to push thru the workouts when i was tired...my workouts werent as good as they would of been if i was refreshed and ready to get a great one in...an i do still feel guilty when i take the day off...but i keep telling myslf that its ok and that my body needs the rest...and that tomorrow i can hit it hard again...
