No weight gain for me! I walked so much and ate so little before the big dinner (and even got a little exercise by helping get the event ready) so I am mighty happy today about my weigh in! I've noticed that the three dinners I went to on Thursday, Friday and Saturday were all high calorie and each dinner had more calories than what I eat for three meals and snacks on a normal day. Getting back to normal eating today and looking forward to getting my weight history into the green. Just like the golfers want that green jacket, I want that green bar under my FS pic!

To lower blood pressure: exercise, eat healthy, lose weight, quit smoking, limit alcohol, and cut salt. I read that Swiss Chard and low-fat or non-fat dairy foods can help control high blood pressure, but check the label to see if it is too high in sugar.
153.8 lb Lost so far: 48.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You had fun though? And last nite showed you can have fun and not gain if you plan. Just cause we're on a diet doesn't mean life has to stop being fun.
