I havent had a BM in a week so I am feeling alittle bloaty. not that anyone cares about that ... my water has gone down recently so I am attempting to bring that back up!!
195.6 lb Lost so far: 17.7 lb.    Still to go: 45.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
