It was a hard week.
The cheat day bumped my total weight up to 209.8lbs for a day.
I got sick Tuesday, so couldn't work out.
Wednesday I injured my lower back taking the garbage out to the curb, while I was sick.
So I didn't get my 300 miles in for my American Cancer Society ride. I'll fix that, because the challenge ends on April 6th.
I was able to bring my weight down by relying on caloric restriction, but I had a hard time not eating late in the day.
Exercise is really important to me. I plan on staying active for the rest of my life, if I can.
I love the VA health care system. all Americans should have something like it. I got my lumbar spine X-rayed, it is a mess. I'm working more stretches and hanging from my inversion table and the chin-up bar into my exercise routine.
My body composition goal for the month of May is to be less than 200lbs and less than 30% fat by the end of the month.
I'm not sure if that's realistic.
203.4 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
