i will do better this week since nothing going on in the family and im trying to just keep track better of things i do eat and drink gonna start to journal on a paper and leave it on the table so i dont forget to do it...
169.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
