207.2 lbs
exact same starts as yesterday.
I slept poorly the night before last so I was too tired to ride and to sore for a resistance workout. I cleaned the house, did laundry and called it my exercise. I drank a LOT, but not enough to cheat on my diet too much.
207.2 lb Lost so far: 24.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
