Swam yesterday for 1/2 hour - diet good - weight unchanging. Been the same for ages now but at least I'm maintaining. Son's team won Division Little League - on to next level of tournament. Summer is flying by - grateful today for my life, family and friends - a friend is facing eviction. Don't sweat the small stuff...
