207.8lbs
30.9% fat = 64.21lbs fat
36.1% muscle = 75.02lbs muscle

I ate a lot of protein yesterday, including a big piece of steak, which I ate at almost 7pm. I followed that with a cup of cottage cheese at 8pm.
And 3 shots of whiskey.
So everything about "don't eat or drink alcohol after 7:00pm" carries less weight with me now.
What I did yesterday that (I think) caused the huge weight loss was probably cardio and weight training on the same day.
I entered a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society.
300 miles on my bicycle during the month of April.
Which is easiest to do as 10 miles a day.
Since it was cold and rainy yesterday, I did 2 sessions of 5 miles each on the stationary bike at the gym.
But I worked the hell out of my back and biceps yesterday too.
So, weight training and cardio on the same day results in fat loss.
207.8 lb Lost so far: 24.2 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
