GOOOOOOOOOOOOD MONDAY MORNIN...TIME TO RISE AN SHINE AN GET BACK INTO THAT HEALTHY HABIT AGAIN...holidays are over...break is done..time to get back into that habit of eating right an exercising again...just got back from the gym...decided to stick with the treadmill ...get off the elliptical for a few weeks, or as long as i can...so easy just to walk over to the elliptical an do my routine..but i kno that working out on the treadmill for a change will do my body some good...weight was down before i went to the gym...but wanted to see how much more i would lose after a workout...guess taking days off was a good thing...its no longer about calculating when the weight is going to come off...it comes off as it sees fit...cant predict a loss like i once thought i could..im now happy for any loss cause i kno that the first 75 pounds was easier to get off then the next 75...but...im in it for the longgggggggg haul...if it takes 10 years to work it off...then it takes that long...just as long as i continue doing things right thats all that matters...have a greattttttttt day everyone...o yeah...its still raining...5 days an counting...more to come...looks like till thursday ...then couple of dry ones an i think more rain after that....(me) gets out ark...an makes sure to put treadmill on it...gotta get my exercise...i guess rowing with oars would be a greattttttt workout...lol...
291.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know what that feels like. Right now it's a slog, but the weight will come off. It looks as if you're setting yourself moderate goals.

thanks fledgist...little by little then i reset my mini goal an head to the next one...its like a game that never ends...but rewarding each time i hit a mini goal...
