I ate around 2000 calories yesterday, 200 grams of protein.
Did not exercise except for stretching, shoulder rehab and bicep curls.
I am too sore to do resistance training today.
I need to give my joints more time to heal.
I hope to walk to the gym today and have a cardio and core workout.
Tomorrow is back day.
213.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Good plan..200 grams of protein is my dream.. .( or nightmare..) I weightlift alot and need more protein but it's hard for me to make 100 grams..I also carb cycle 2 days a week and on those days I need 125+..
