31.7% fat, 35.8% muscle.
Surprised Ididn't gain after eating lots of Pho and the unknown quantity that is the Thai Beef salad.
Fat Secret is good if you eat national brands and prepare your own food. Not so much if you eat out at restaurants or your family members cook for you.
213.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
