Ready to completely crush this week, grocery shop is done and foods/meals laid out for the week. It’s been a rough past 2 weeks dealing with the death of my MIL. We are mentally drained and physically exhausted. We decided to take charge this week and both me on the same page. Spring is in the air and we’re ready to feel good and live a long time.
199.8 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
