31.7% fat, 35.8% muscle. 76.4 lbs muscle, 67.6 lbs fat. I'm losing a lot more fat than muscle, so I guess I'm doing well.
Rode my bike almost 10 miles yesterday, then spent about 3 hours cleaning the aquarium.
Today is that Thai beef salad, no idea about the macros or calories. Later the wife and her sister are making Pho. I'll have mine without noodles.
213.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
