I'm feeling the aftereffects of working outside this afternoon. I raked leaves off the right side of the front yard and the hillside rock garden. Also, started pulling the weedy grass in the front garden. I'm tackling one area at a time.

I also joined Hubby for a 45 minute walk this afternoon.

Yesterday, we had thunderstorms, so I stayed in all day. Today was sunny & around 60 degrees.

146.6 lb Lost so far: 26.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
