Still on my Lent fast, but I took the 24 hour refeed, with the temporary regain. Now, for another 5 weekdays of fasting. I'm into week three!
198.4 lb Lost so far: 81.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow! Is that a complete fast or more along the lines of intermittent fasting? Sounds tough either way, also sounds spiritually nourishing!

I was wondering how your fast was going- hope it’s been going good! What are you eating on refeed days and Any issues w/refeeding? I’ve been doing 72 hr fasts and this last time I felt so little hunger I could’ve easily gone for a week but not sure about refeeding after that amount of time.
