Well this is frustrating. Perhaps it’s bc I Valli take between A strict day of nearly 0 carbs- to one where I don’t track bc I know it’s more than 20.

Anyone ever get to the point where they feel a bit lost in all this?
200.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
