Did some very heavy lifting this week.Also did a bit more eating too.Not surprised I gained the last two weigh ins.
253.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.2 lb a week


Comments 
Heavy lifts often bring swelling and enhanced glycogen and therefore water storage. I wouldn't worry about it.
