this week is about eating on atkins and adding fruit into the mix... i am very curious to see where the scale goes!! so far so good I lost a pound... very promising!! i feel good and i have missed fruit in the 6 weeks i was on induction... i am finding my groove!
197.6 lb Lost so far: 15.7 lb.    Still to go: 47.6 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
