I'm fasting for Lent. This seems to be shaping up as weekday fasting and weekend breaks. This is the start of week two. I have an online fasting group for the Lenten fast. I should get some good autophagy going - Spring Cleaning!
199.4 lb Lost so far: 80.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
