I've been slowly gaining, so I entered my high weight, in order to show that I'm now losing again. I'm fasting. I'm doing a Lent fast. I'm not exactly sure how I'll do it. I'm 36 hours into it, so getting into the groove. And the water dump has started, so a quick loss. I like fasting because the hunger goes away. I've been hovering just above 200, so I'm aiming to get into Onederland and never look back!
202.8 lb Lost so far: 77.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I do I.F. every day as long as I'm able. It's natural for me. I am firmly in Onederland now and am relieved.
