Since I started my dieting, not eating rice. Haven't touched any burger, fried chicken or kabab. Drinking tea without milk. My calorie intake is about 1400 where my MBR is 1600. For exercise: taking walks daily, using stairs. Still not seeing any good result. What i am missing. I can't do this forever.
156.5 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's only been a couple of weeks and you seem to losing at a good rate. You don't have a lot to lose, so a pound a week is pretty great and you are losing more than that. Keeping realistic expectations is important. You also need to make your diet sustainable, because in order to keep the weight off, you will have to watch what you eat forever (just with more food). If you want a burger or piece of fried chicken, have it. You just can't have it all the time. You need to live while you lose. Stay strict during the week and allow more room on the weekends to go out to eat and have a glass of wine. Get some extra exercise on the weekends (if you are able). When you get to goal, you will have to learn how to eat balanced in order to keep it off. If you want something, plan for it. You can do it and you are doing great.
