FOR NEW MEMBERS! WELCOME!

First of all, you need to log your foods and drinks. Second, you need to log your activities and exercises. Do this consistently so that you can analyze what your problems are. Go to your profile and click on View Diet Calendar. On the left side it shows the date and your food calories. On the right side it shows your exercise calories and the Net (kcal). The Net (kcal) is the difference between your food calories and your exercise calories. So the red arrows show when you ate more than you exercised. The green arrows show you exercised more than you ate. Try to keep the green arrows going! Simply put, move more or eat less. Personally, I always walk and exercise as much as I can so that I do not need to eat less. You are determined or you would not be here. You can do this! Good luck!

Great advice deb! I like to move more too eating less doesn't appeal tome either! And the best thing is you can eat just eat lots of the right things like yummy fruit and lean protein!
