Allergies have been killing me over the past week or so. It's too hot to run, and even light exercises feel like torture due to congestion. Since this is my first year with allergies, I have no idea when it will get better.
135.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
