And on our way back down again. Those of you who get upset when you are a pound higher, look at my history. Flucuation is normal. It is basically a "two steps forward, one step back" process. Just like the stock market, it doesn't just go one direction everyday. The goal is progress each week.

Having said that, if you don't see progress from week to week, stop lying to yourself, you are not on a plateau, you either are not faithfully following your program or it doesn't work. Let's be real here, you either want to make progress or you want a donut. So if the desire and discipline are in the right place but you are not making progress, please change programs.

Ok, my sermon is now complete.

Man, what a great workout today! My arms are blasted! The new TSPA routine has triceps and biceps on Wednesday. It was a long workout, but it was so fantastic. My arms are still weak several hours later.
182.6 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
