I love summer to keep tabs on my exercise routine. Working out indoors during the winter months is nice and I reminded myself that the warmer weather would be my reward. Now it is here, and I am up early.
114.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
