Muscles weigh more than fat, right? 🤔
137.8 lb Lost so far: 57.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I know well and certain that if I'm up 2 pounds in one day thatt would have been impossible for me to have overeaten by 7000 calories in a single day... even if that 3500 calories per pound thing were carved in stone, which it's not. Bobbles are normal! Best not to take any one day's reading too seriously

Muscles are denser than fat and if you look at a picture of the same size the muscles would weigh a lot more. But they are not that easy to make and will not show up on scale with a big number but over time they do make a different. If the scale suddenly up it is usually holding on to water because you worked out hard, hormones, stress, salt, suddenly ate more than normal. But it will flush out!!!!

Muscles weigh the same as fat ... but muscles are denser material so they look skinner ....it may be "food" that you ate from yesterday that was not completely digested ..... that is what is happening with me. As it was stated - Once upon a time in a faraway Kingdom - IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE FAT OR MUSCLE TISSUE OVER NIGHT. lol

Don't be too hard on yourself Crystaljo you have been doing Zumba your probably building strong muscles no worries now.

Thanks to all of you...I KNOW these things in my head, but when my little arrow goes up, I still wonder why...especially when I don't eat anything out of the ordinary. Sorry for being a whiney weinie...I have since gone back in my journal to find that I did lose 1.4 pounds OVER THE WEEK! Sheesh...I just need to chill OUT and do the math next time 🙄💙
