I am psyched into working a good diet today. I am ready to take my wife to work and the dogs to the dog park. Then I am in my wood shop finishing the maple shelf for the bathroom and a new box making jig. The sun is shining and the day looks great to share some of it with a friend. So Andy is coming by for a couple of hours of company. And summer is almost here! Ya!
