I don't have the slightest idea how but I didn't gain while on holidays. I ate and drank what I wanted and didn't use the gym once. BUT now it is time for reality and back to my normal routine. Yesterday went fine. The 6am spin class almost killed me. Thankfully everyone said it was an extra hard class.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Hi Sandra! Maybe you didn't gain because you surprised your body with new food, drinks, and exercise regimen that it is not used to.... Anyways that's great news!! Spin class sounds so hard to me. You must have iron thighs and powerful heart and lungs to keep up with that. Have a great day, looks like spring is on its way!!

Sandra I can't wait to meet you lol! Of course we keep in touch, actually I am not really leaving FS just need to take some distance with the weight stuff. But my "family" on here is too important to leave it behind! Bad stuff happened at the farm here, I need to replace my chicken coop ASAP and build a new fence etc... If I need help to put the chicken wire on, I will call you ;-)
