goooooooooood mornin...woke up before the alarm clock could buzzzz this morning...can feel that its cooler out this morning..suppose to be back in the 30s this morning...but i dont care...its another day in the gym to get my body back into the habit...already weighed in an yessssssssssss...its back down again......i knew it would be..i stuck to my plan of eating right ..even though i didnt exercise it didnt matter...weight still came down ...when i went to bed last night i thought to myslf where i wanted to see the scales when i woke..and waaaalaaaaa....when i weighed in this morning...it was....i finally have a grasp of what works for me and im stickin with it....the weight is just melting off ...mabye its been ready to come off for the last 2 years, but i just wasnt strict enough with what i was eating...dont get me wrong i do eat something i shouldnt from time to time...but not everyday like i once did...when i first started workin the weight off...ice cream was still in my food menu...but no longer...not that i wouldnt like some...i just know i cant have it everyday and i cant have a large amount of it...or...i pay for it...and its that way with anything...well...i need to eat something ...make the bed...an get ready for the gym....and o yeah...DO THE HAPPY DANCE !!!!!!
293.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

back in march i had decided to quit journaling..the reason was i had hit a place where loosin weight was no longer fun to write about...in fact i was even thinkin of giving up on myslf...im sure we all go thru times like this...and for a few days i didnt journal as much as i could have...but i always held on to the idea that i could work the weight off ...well...ive decided that journalin is all part of letting out what bothers me from time to time...to let my buddies know what might work for them...or might not work for them...working the weight off is a learning experience for everyone about their bodys an what they feed it....its an everyday ...every meal challange...but a very rewarding event ....have a great day everyone...

CONGRATS! How right you are this is a challenge and a journey and I am so glad you didn't stop journaling because you are a great buddy and you are a giving buddy and you have helped me so much and are always so thoughtful. Thank you for not stopping and thank you for being my buddy. You are doing amazing and your're right you can lose the weight in pounds without exercising but I believe you can't lose those inches and shape your body without it. Don't leave us and have a great day!
