doing the weight watchers again and drinking lots of water so i also threw my scales away not going to weigh only at the doctors so i will guess till then by the way my clothes fit me yeah no stress now....

Maggie I see that you write in your journals, but you are just writing concrete things, I want you to write the abstract, I want to read more about what you feel, more introspect the more we introspect the more we can find out why we all can't lose our pounds. We will find out why we are stopping ourselves.
