17.8% body fat! Each Saturday I multiply body fat % from calipers by weight to get pounds of fat. Then I subtract that number from my weight to get my lean mass. This week I LOST 4 LBS. OF FAT and gained one pound of muscle. All this on 1900 calories! TSPA rocks!!!

Today is carb up day. Enjoyed some cereal with almond milk and then went for leg day at the YMCA. About to eat a bagel and get the honey-do's done. Woo-hoo!

Man, I had to work hard to eat the 400g of carbs I was allowed today. Didn't even quite make it. I guess my low carb diet is becoming second nature at this point.
185.4 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thanks! And it's more of a body fat % than weight goal. I don't care if I lose any more weight, as long as I continue changing fat for muscle. The exciting part is this week my lean mass was up just slightly, while I lost 4 lbs., meaning that was 4 lbs. of fat! :-)
