It's happening because you are making it happen. You are doing so well and I know what you mean about the food. Those labels sure can make you set it down fast because it's just not worth it. Once you are where you want to be you can slowly incorporate everything you love back into your diet in moderation. You will get there. I just know it! Hope you have a great day Loosin...Hugs!!

Big Loser that is!!! I remember I ate the same thing for about a year... Did not count calories but ate pretty much same foods... did not get boring as I like structure but the loss off 100 pounds in 41 weeks eating this way made it a permanent habit to stick to plan and not have too much trouble losing consistently. After the loss I added more grains and dairy. Great work buddy

thanks everyone...its really hard to stick to the same plan day in an day out...but something that is necessary to see results...the first year i lost 75 pounds i stuck to a plan religiously...but as the time went by...was so easy to go back to old habits an trying new things..some good ..some bad...its how we all learn...im feeling just as focused as i was that first year that i started working off the weight once again for a change...and the feeling is a high like no other....
