CrystalJo74's Journal, 11 December 2021

Ok...now I'm thinkin I need to increase my calories for a bit and see what happens. (I've been at about 1000/day for months) but upped it to 1200 yesterday and still had a loss. Feelin just a bit shaky & weak, so let's see what happens over the next week when I make some changes.

Below are some healthier holiday treats especially for those who have 'littles' at home 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 My grandkids are teenagers...but I'm thinkin they still might get a kick out of them💙😉

Use this website to determine calorie needs: https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/how-many-calories-per-day#calculator 1000 is way too low.

Ahhh they are very cute, but be sure to get up to around 2000 a day, it can be dangerous to have it go lower and that may be the reason why you are getting shaky and weak :[ good luck!!! <3333

I love these and may copy you if I find the time Crystal! So cute! Erq is right, strawberries are gone for now. Maybe frozen? Don’t deprive your body of nutrients it needs to run the ship, you don’t want to sink.🙂👍🎄⛄️

My RDI says 1500/cal day...but then I thought we subtract 500/day for wt loss...

The calorie deficiency is already subtracted in your RDI. I too usually eat below my RDI also. But I'm starting to get close to the 2100 calories a day it suggests.

Those are all so cute --- Wow - Good job. Those are so cute. I am sure that the teenagers will still like them - all of the adults like them.

1000-1200 a day is waaay too low and it actually lowers your metabolism. If your RDI is 1500, that means you can’t go below 1500 for your body to work properly. Also, those are so cute!

don't use a calculator. none of them are accurate. if you're eating 1200 and losing weight increase by another 250 for a week. if you lose then add another 250. keep doing it until you stop losing and drop back down to the last calories you were losing at. it'll give your metabolism a bump and also give you somewhere to drop down when you plateau.
