My scale was lower today for a split second, but jiggled itself back to yesterday's weight. Maybe tomorrow!
171.6 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 35.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

my scale does that from one tile to the next. Every doctor scale is different. One doctor told me to go with which ever number I like of course the lowest one always wins.

sometime the scale has to try its best to keep lying to us, but eventually even the scale cannot get around the fact anymore that we are going to lose weight no matter WHAT life throws at us!
