Today's goals: Drink more water & take more steps! Here we go FS friends...let's be our BEST today!!🚶‍♀️👍🤗💪

Okay - I will walk with you to your last pound - I am on the short mission to lose the next 5 pounds and have been zigzagging back and forth on some unplanned maintenance plateau - I will stick with it starting today and walk your last pound with you to your goal - maybe I will lose a pound at the same time.

I put lemon juice in my water to spice it up. Been drinking like a camel ..lol

okay fine --- no pie --- and keep walking - I walked around my kitchen 3 times before I used the bathroom.

I met this goal yesterday...walked over 1100 more steps than the day before and drank more than twice the water of the day before. Also kept my calories under goal. Thanks for the support!💙👍🙋‍♀️
