See, boys and girls, this is what happens when you eat cake...gain a pound. Oh well, no matter. weight always fluctuates a bit each day. I'm about to hit the gym. Intensity and focus will remove that pound.

...well, great workout. Shoulders and traps today. Moved up to 225 on the barbell shrugs!
189.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Unless you ate 3500 calories in cake, it's not a real pound. Sounds like some water weight. If you have been eating lower carb, the carbs from the cake can make the scale go up. Drink plenty of water.
