mmy foot is hurt so cant walk or bike (thanks to a run away toothpick from the easter ham) also between easter dinner and a birthday on monday, I am not surprised i gained some back lol
233.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 83.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
