NCR gain...not gonna stress about it😇

Today's goal: setting up a stretching routine to use on a CONSISTENT daily basis to increase my ROM and strength.

I see and read how others here on FS work SO HARD!! Kudos to each one of you...whether you're weightlifting, running, dancing, biking...whether it's yoga, Tai Chi or Sit&BeFit...keep up the good work!! and I'll be doing my best to keep up! Let's DO THIS!🚶‍♀️🏃‍♀️💃💪👍👊🤝👣🎯🧘‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏋️‍♀️🌟🗓

Well folks...I grossly miscalculated the oat bran hot cereal yesterday morning...soooooo...it WAS a calorie related gain! (Just an accidental one!) Oh well🤷‍♀️It's a new day and I learned a lesson!

Log in & watch a session. Greatest thing abt zumba is u go at ur own pace as long as u keep moving...bonus if u LOVE dancing😍💃🤙🏼
