Lowered my calories by only about 100 per day. Had to back off the step count due to painful arthritic feet. Still making mindful choices and measuring.

Also started what I call my "Rah Rah Rolodex" using direct quotes from daily FS comments 😁 You all have such sage advice and encouraging, inspiration...this is a very visual tool I plan to be adding to daily to keep me 'psyched'.

158.8 lb Lost so far: 36.2 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
