goooooooood mornin everyone!!!!...just gettin up again this morning...havent been walkin in several days...and i do miss it, but gonna give my knee the time off it needs hopin that ..that will help it...so that just means watchin what i eat closer...and its helpin...plus since im not gettin any kind of a major workout i been out in the sun more sweating it out and im sure thats helpin to...today is another day of runnin around and doing errands...gotta go to the grocery store an get the grub for this next week, not sure what else is on the schedule..but hopin to get out in the sun today before the clouds move in once again...rain tonight possible..o well...guess we better take it while we can..might be a time when we dont get it an need it worse..well time to get up an get started again...have a greatttttttttttt day everyone!!!

Have you had your knee checked out? If rest doesn't take care of it maybe you should look into that.
