This is cool! I met the steps goal, got back on the elliptical, stayed in my calorie budget...and bam! I realize that the scale may bounce around in the days to come...but for today I will enjoy my 'happy dance' 💃

Have yourselves a throwback Thursday (in a good way!)
161.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
