Went salmon fishing yesterday we ate breakfast lunch and dinner my body can't digest all that food in one day but it sure was good back to my one meal a day PS had a lot of fish on the but never got one in had after all that had a good time.
229.9 lb Lost so far: 36.1 lb.    Still to go: 29.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
