I just don't understand it....I had plenty of leisure (read:couch time)and i ate regularly....
125.2 lb Lost so far: 7.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
losing 1.0 lb a week

If you're goal is to gain weight then your definitely not eating enough. 😂

I started this website years ago to stabilize my weight gain. Then my thyroid shut completely down and I am on hormones for the rest of my life. The side effect is rapid weight loss which I cannot afford. I eat enough (not even clean, butter bread pasta candy) but I have also GERD, which I had a TIFF procedure for and I am still on medication...sigh, getting older is not my bane, but aging SUCKS
