Leaving for our trip in less than a week - so much to do before we go that I don't know how I'll get it done - haven't lost anything this month - up and down a pound here and there but basically May was one big plateau. Exercise routine is poor so I really feel that this is my key to weight loss.
Hopefully getting away from the day to day will help.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
