Woke at 211#, been years since I have seen that weight, Drs tomorrow and Tuesday, will see what happens, and that's fine and I'm DO N OK !!!
211.0 lb Lost so far: 216.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
