I took a long bicycle ride on the beach today and lost track of the day! My friend who played with Bob Marley is playing at Don the Beachcomber's in sunset beach and I was going to go over there, have some fish for lunch and catch Fully's show from 3 to 6. He plays on Sunday!!! Well the bike ride was good and better coming back since I had a tail wind and the beach was beautiful. I feel good today and weighed myself and lost .8 pounds from yesterday so I feel better even!!!

Maybe it's water weight but who cares. Now for a late lunch, get some work done and see who shows up tonight!

243.2 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 78.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Jealous! I love riding a bike along the beach, but it's too cold and stormy right now AND the beach is almost 2 hours away.

Thanks for the support. I get back from my bike ride and I get greeted by an earthquake! Gotta love it! By the way, it was a beautiful day here in SoCal...shorts and T shirts. :)
