I am also doing the Noom program, finishing up by November, but I have found that for me, it lacks the social interaction and visual inspiration I have found here on FS.

I truly want to thank each one of you for participating and thereby encouraging me on this fitness journey.

Your fabulous photos, inspiring personal stories, helpful feedback and healthy doses of humor are doing wonders to keep me motivated and "on track".

I found Noom less than inspirational. The coaching wasn't helpful, and the groups were too big to be useful. I did lose weight, but I don't recommend the program.
